
Human Resource Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Executive to manage and support core HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll processing. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to HR operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Onboarding & Induction:
- Facilitate smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Ensure timely completion of joining formalities.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Promote a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing in collaboration with finance.
- Administer employee benefits including health insurance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
