About the RoleWe are seeking a Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in IT services sales to drive revenue growth, acquire new clients, and manage key relationships. This role will primarily focus on the US market, and hence requires flexibility to work during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and target potential clients across the US IT services market, including SMBs and enterprise organizations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and trust-building.
- Conduct virtual meetings, demos, and presentations to promote IT offerings such as software development, cloud solutions, managed services, and IT consulting.
- Understand client pain points and propose tailored technology solutions aligned with their needs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed business goals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in line with company policies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams — technical, marketing, and operations — to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Represent the company at virtual networking events, conferences, and webinars to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of IT service offerings such as software development, cloud services, and managed IT solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and modern sales tools.
- Willingness to work during US business hours.
