Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Madiwala, Bangalore (Work from Office)
Shift Timing: US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
Experience: 0–2 Years
Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic Inside Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of outbound sales, voice processes, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for connecting with US-based clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the US market.
- Present company products/services and build client interest.
- Maintain and update the CRM with lead information and call notes.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly goals.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in outbound sales / inside sales / voice process.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Basic understanding of sales concepts and lead generation.
- Willingness to work in US shift (night shift).
- Positive attitude, confidence, and target-oriented mindset.
