US market team
from our Bengaluru office — and looking for driven individuals who want to grow fast with us.
What You'll Do
- Connect with parents via calls, WhatsApp, and video sessions to understand their child's learning needs.
- Counsel parents on BrightChamps' learning programs and drive enrollments.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets and maintain lead data in the CRM.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to improve the conversion process.
What You'll Need
- Excellent
English communication
(spoken & written). - Strong persuasion and presentation skills.
- Willingness to work
night shifts (US time zone, 10 PM – 7 AM IST)
. - 3 months – 3 years of experience in sales preferred, but
freshers with great communication skills are welcome
. - Immediate joiners will be given preference.
