Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (US Shift)

Location: Bangalore

Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)

About the Role

We are hiring Inside Sales Executives to engage with clients in the US market. The role focuses on prospecting, lead generation, and building strong business relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and online meetings.
  • Generate qualified leads and build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Update and maintain accurate CRM records.

Requirements

  • 14 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation (US or International market preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building ability.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
