
Personal Assistant to Director

- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Assist in reviewing electrical engineering project plans and proposals
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are met
- Support in procurement and vendor coordination related to electrical systems
- Conduct basic technical research and summarize findings for the Director
- BE in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and terminology
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
