Responsibilities - Manage the Director's schedule and calendar, including arranging and scheduling appointments and meetings. - Coordinate and arrange travel plans, including transportation and accommodations, as required. - Manage and maintain the Director's files and records, including confidential documents and information. - Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Director, as needed. - Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, both in person and over the phone. - Perform general administrative duties.
