**Designation** - Personal Assistant to Director

**Total Experience** - 3 - 5 Years

**Work Location** - Ahmedabad
- Calendar and schedule management: Manage and coordinate the director's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Meeting coordination: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Travel and logistics: Book and arrange travel, accommodation, and other logístical details for business trips.
- Document preparation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Liaison: Act as a point of contact and liaise with internal departments, external partners, and clients.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Project assistance: Provide assistance with project management and event planning as needed.
- Administrative support: Organize and maintain files, manage databases, and perform various other administrative tasks to support the director's work and help optimize their time.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Discretion and understanding of confidentiality requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
