**Location**: Ahmedabad
**Experience**: 4+ Years
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the VP, managing calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle internal and external communication on behalf of the VP, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and reports for easy access and reference.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the VP, ensuring smooth travel experiences.
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform any other duties as required by the VP.
**Requirements**:
- 4+ years of experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other office software tools.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
