Personal Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Schedule Management**: Organize and maintain executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
**Travel Arrangements**: Book and organize travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
**Office Management**: Oversee daily office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing documents, and maintaining an efficient office environment.
**Meeting Coordination**: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
**Event** **Planning**: Assist with organizing company events, conferences, and social gatherings.
**Personal** **Assistance**: Run errands, manage personal tasks, and ensure the personal well-being of the executive.
**Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
**Additional** **Support**: Provide other administrative support as required to ensure the executive's needs are met.
**Qualifications** **&**Skills*:
Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong time management skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
**Physical Requirements**:
Ability to sit for extended periods and attend meetings, events, or travel.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
