Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Area Manager
to lead multiple branches within the CDA (Career Distribution Agency) Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing teams, and ensuring operational excellence in line with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage multiple branch teams to achieve sales and productivity targets.
  • Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs across all branches.
  • Drive recruitment, training, and retention of high-performing sales teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews and performance evaluations for branch managers and team leaders.
  • Strengthen customer relationships and drive superior service delivery across the region.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify growth opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:
    6–10 years of experience in the
    BFSI sector
    , with proven exposure to
    team and branch management
    .
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to design and execute business strategies.
  • Proficient in performance monitoring and target achievement.
  • Understanding of local market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
