Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Business Manager located in Surat with some work from home acceptable. The Area Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building relationships with healthcare professionals and customers. Day-to-day tasks include setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, reporting on sales performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
