Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, driving sales growth, and meeting sales targets in the assigned region. Responsibilities also include identifying new business opportunities, planning and executing sales strategies, and conducting market research to stay competitive. The role will involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and providing regular updates on business performance to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills, with experience in managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to conduct market research and devise actionable sales strategies
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities
- Basic understanding of the bath fittings industry or prior experience in a similar industry would be a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
