Role Description

This is a full-time position for an Area Sales Manager in the FMCG sector at Jisha Foods Private Limited. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing sales teams, driving sales growth, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients. The role also includes analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and ensuring targets are met. This is an on-site role based in Surat.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management in the FMCG sector
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team

Job Location: Surat, Gujarat (Candidates with prior experience and strong market knowledge in Surat will be preferred)

Salary: 40,000 to 45,000
