Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Faridabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also involves leading and mentoring a sales team, meeting sales targets, conducting market analysis, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales activities with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
- Team Leadership and ability to motivate and guide sales representatives
- Strong skills in Market Analytics, Negotiation, and Performance Reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Faridabad and actively engage with clients
- Experience in plumbing or construction products is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
