Role Description

The Technical Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad. This position involves managing technical sales processes, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing technical support for industrial solutions. Daily responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, developing account strategies, offering customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Technical Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales, with the ability to effectively communicate product value and solutions to clients.
  • Experience in Account Management and Customer Service to build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of Technical Support processes to assist clients in implementing and troubleshooting solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Technical background or familiarity with industrial solutions is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
