Zonal Sales Manager

About Solset:
Solset is a fast-growing company in the renewable energy sector, focused on delivering innovative solar solutions that empower customers to adopt clean and sustainable energy. We are expanding our footprint across India and seeking a dynamic Zonal Sales Manager to lead regional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and manage the regional sales team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with solar installers, EPC contractors, housing societies, and channel partners.
- Identify and convert corporate and residential leads to drive consistent business growth.
- Monitor sales performance, track the sales funnel, and ensure timely achievement of zone targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and present updates to the Head of Sales.
- Support pricing strategies, proposal development, and negotiation for key deals.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and ethical standards across the zone.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in solar rooftop or electrical product sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on revenue growth.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred).
