What will you drive?

  • Establish and optimize Retail unit processes, managing daily team performance.
  • The incumbent is responsible for setting up the Retail unit and processes, managing daily performance of all team members and deliver regular reviews.
  • Be responsible for planning acquisition, allocation & strategic alliances with channel partners in the city within the allocated territory.
  • Achieve targeted regional growth at a rate and margin consistent with the company's business plan.
  • Coach and develop direct reports.
  • Implement performance plans according to company protocol.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer experience management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with teams and senior leadership.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and leverage metrics for business improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
