Position Summary:

The Food and Beverage Runner is responsible for delivering food and drinks from the kitchen or bar to guests in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner. They support the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service and an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food and beverage orders from the kitchen or bar to guests quickly and accurately.
  • Ensure orders are complete, correctly presented, and meet quality standards before serving.
  • Assist servers with table maintenance, including clearing used dishes and resetting tables.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, and delivery trays.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and relay special instructions to the appropriate team members.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
