Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager - Medical Devices located in Mangaluru. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of medical devices within the assigned territory. Duties include developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with current clients, identifying potential customers, conducting product presentations, and providing exceptional customer support. Additionally, the role involves managing sales reports, keeping up-to-date with market trends, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Knowledge in Medical Devices, especially in Cardiovascular Surgery, Cardiac Anesthesia, Critical Care, Interventional Cardiology, Dialysis and Respiratory Care, and Wound Care
  • Skills in Product Presentation and Marketing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the medical device industry is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
