Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Senior Sales Executive specializing in medical devices. The role involves managing and expanding client accounts, executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets within the medical device sector. The successful candidate will conduct product demonstrations, liaise with healthcare professionals, and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Responsibilities also include staying informed about the latest medical advancements to effectively promote and sell BL Lifesciences' devices and equipment.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Medical Sales and in-depth knowledge of Sales Processes
  • Experience with Product Demonstration and effective communication with clients
  • Familiarity with Medicine and medical terminology relevant to the industry
  • Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field; medical or healthcare-related degrees preferred
  • Prior experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is highly advantageous
