Analysis and Strategy

  1. Conduct in-depth market research to gather insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis for upcoming products covering competitor product (s) features, benefits and their positioning strategies.

  2. Develop comprehensive product needs/requirements document interacting closely with clinicians and sales teams to validate the requirements.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, regulatory affairs and brand marketing to ensure product success.

Clinical Evaluation, Planning & Execution

  • Lead/Participate the product evaluation process, ensuring thorough testing and feedback collection, discuss and prioritize requirements to refine and enhance product performance before market launch.
  • Design and develop clinical evaluation protocols in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify study objectives, endpoints, and inclusion/exclusion criteria.
  • Develop and maintain study documentation and outcomes. Assess the safety and performance of the medical device.
  • Collaborate with regulatory teams to provide clinical evidence for regulatory submissions and literature search/study.
  • Monitor and assess post-market clinical data and real-world performance of devices.
  • Understand and make necessary engineering change requests to cater to shortcomings of the product.

Risk Management and technical file

  1. Participate in risk assessment activities, including hazard analysis and risk-benefit analysis.

  2. Contribute to the development of risk management plans and documents.

  3. Ensure that clinical risks associated with the device are appropriately addressed and mitigated.

  4. Participate in the build of technical file for the medical device.

Sales Evangelization

  1. Compile the data points and create sales (product) battlecards and playbooks for effective sales evangelization

  2. Work closely with the sales team to evangelize products, and provide detailed product training

Qualification:

MBBS, master's in nursing, BAMS, BHMS

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3.00 - ₹4.00 per year
