Job Title: Medical Device Sales Executive

We are hiring for a leading name in the medical equipment industry with over two decades of excellence. The company is trusted by doctors and healthcare professionals across India, offering advanced solutions in laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, colposcopy, CTG, and cosmetic & aesthetic equipment.
Job Location: Karnataka (covering major cities and healthcare hubs in the state)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Medical Device Sales Professional to join our growing team. The role involves promoting and selling cutting-edge medical equipment, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving business growth in Karnataka.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers across Karnataka.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, gynecologists, and decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competition and customer needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and follow-ups.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in Life Sciences, Biomedical, or related discipline (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in medical device or pharma sales (experience in gynecology/surgical equipment is an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Karnataka.
