Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for the role of Area Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include managing sales strategies and activities within the assigned region, identifying and developing relationships with new clients, maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include providing product training to clients, collaborating with internal teams to maximize business opportunities, and monitoring market trends to identify areas for potential growth.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Ability to analyze market trends and strategically plan for achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Knowledge of medical devices and the healthcare industry is a distinct advantage
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in a sales or managerial role with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
