About the Role

You will play key role in the Sales team tracking major accounts, supporting lead conversion, preparing MIS reports, and enabling the sales & technical teams to deliver. This role is perfect for a proactive, organized professional who enjoys data-driven work and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Support VP Sales in planning, tracking and execution of sales activities.

Monitor and follow up on major customer accounts and new leads to drive order conversions.

Prepare and maintain regular reports:

• Sales Forecast vs. Actual

• Planned vs. Actual Performance

• Budget vs. Actual

• Individual Sales Target Achievement

Coordinate with customers, internal sales & technical teams for documentation and order processing.

Research new market opportunities and prepare concise market insights.

Assist in organizing product demos, customer presentations and internal training sessions.

Ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting for management review and decision-making.

Support process improvements to increase sales efficiency.

Skills & Competencies

Skills & Competencies

Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills comfortable with data, pivots and charts.

Basic CRM/ERP familiarity (preferred).

Good coordination, follow-up and customer-service mindset.

Analytical, detail-oriented and eager to learn.

Qualifications

B.Tech. Polymer , Postgraduate in Sales & Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).

13 years experience in Sales Operations / Sales Coordination / Business Development Support (Chemicals/Plastics manufacturing preferred).

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate from Polymer, Plastic, and Chemical industry with very strong communication skill and sales acumen will be given preference.
