Job Brief:

We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. He/ She should be result-oriented, Target Achiever, Go Getter, must be experienced in Meeting the target and exceeding the revenue target. New Client acquisition and expansion of business to generate revenue for the organization. Should be focused on increasing the revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Track product-wise and area-wise sales performance.
  • Develop sales strategies based on market demand and competition analysis.
  • Appoint, onboard, mentor, and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
  • Monitor distributor performance and ensure sales growth.
  • Collect customer and retailer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Identify emerging customer needs, category shifts, and upcoming opportunities.
  • Develop counter-strategies to defend market share and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Maintain and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR).Share accurate MIS reports with management.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Commerce, Marketing)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to a flexible work schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
