JOB Descrption : Senior Business Development Executive
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and/or international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential sectors, competitors, and client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle — lead generation, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions for clients.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales activity and pipeline data.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows.
- Provide timely feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, and client needs.
