Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive
with
3–5 years of experience
in IT sales and client relationship management. This role is ideal for a driven individual who can manage the full cycle of business development from lead generation to client acquisition, project negotiation, and long-term account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Generate qualified leads through research, networking, and market analysis.
  • Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of clients and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end business development cycle:
    Lead Generation → Prospecting → Proposal → Negotiation → Closing → Client Retention & Upselling

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales (IT industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
