Job Title: Business Development Senior Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Role Overview:

The Business Development Senior Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding the seller (distributor) network for the organizations e-commerce aftermarket platform. This role focuses on onboarding distributors, managing key accounts, optimizing commercial terms, and driving online sales growth through effective product and market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seller Management: Manage and support distributors (sellers) on the e-commerce marketplace to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Onboarding: Identify, approach, and onboard potential sellers, brands, and product categories relevant to the aftermarket sector.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Handle pricing, discounts, and commercial discussions to achieve business objectives and profitability.
  • Catalogue & Product Management: Work with the web operations team to ensure accurate product listings, active catalogues, and optimized offerings to maximize sales.
  • Market Expansion: Manage business operations across multiple regions and ensure consistent growth in assigned territories.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key sellers and partners to enhance engagement and business retention.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data, market trends, and competition to design and implement effective business strategies.
  • Support & Coordination: Resolve seller queries promptly and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for seamless execution.
