Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and close deals with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or relevant role in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and client management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
