Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in the DSA Vertical Channel Sales, located in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving the sales operations through the Direct Selling Agent (DSA) channel. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with DSAs, achieving sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, and providing training and support to the sales team. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills
  • Experience in managing Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and achieving sales targets
  • Analytical skills and familiarity with using technology and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the finance or banking industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team
