Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and drive the Affordable Home Loan business in the assigned territory. The ASM will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Officers/Executives, driving business growth, ensuring compliance, and building strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Officers/Executives.

  • Monitor performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.

  • Conduct regular reviews, provide feedback, and ensure productivity benchmarks.

  • Business Development:

  • Drive acquisition of customers for affordable home loans in the assigned area.

  • Identify and develop new markets, channel partners (DSAs, connectors, builders), and sourcing models.

  • Achieve monthly and annual disbursement targets.

  • Channel Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, builders, real estate agents, and referral partners.

  • Ensure timely commission payouts and partner engagement programs.

  • Customer Handling:

  • Ensure smooth customer onboarding and application processing.

  • Handle escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure adherence to credit policy, KYC norms, and documentation standards.

  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure timely disbursements.

  • Market Intelligence:

  • Keep track of competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

  • Provide feedback to management on product enhancements and local strategies.
