Role & responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of personal loan executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, analyze sales performance metrics, and adjust plans to achieve profit and sales targets.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, manage relationships with channel partners (like DSAs), and drive growth in the personal loan portfolio.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to generate repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end loan sales process from application to disbursement and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Compliance: Ensure the team adheres to all relevant financial regulations and internal compliance policies.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
