- Address and resolve patient and guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Facilitate communication between patients, their families, and the healthcare or hotel staff.
- Service coordination:
- Coordinate appointments, reservations, and other services to ensure seamless delivery.
- Work with different departments to meet guest and patient needs.
- Feedback and improvement:
- Collect and manage feedback to improve services and patient/guest experiences.
- Assist with administrative duties, such as managing patient data and helping with documentation for medical reimbursement.
- Building relationships:
- Build a positive rapport with guests and patients to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle special requests and accommodate VIP guests.
