  • Direct Customers to the respective departments.
  • Provide information about availability of doctors, OP timings, IP non-medical information, and also give appointments with the consent of the doctor.
  • Settle the cash collected with the accounts department at the end of the shift with the duplicate bills and report of the day's bills.

Any other prime duties and key tasks assigned by the department head from time to time.
