- Should be good in system work
- Attend to phone calls promptly within three rings
- Work with the team to create the company experience for guests
- Create an environment for the patient/attendees/guests designed to stimulate all senses through personal services, amenities and experiences.
- Follow up with patients/guests with additional services that enhance the patient/attendees/guests experience.
- Handle patient/attendees/guests requests personally and/or refer as appropriate.
- Welcome patient/attendees/guests and make them feel at home.
- Take all room service orders quickly and courteously.
- Repeat orders to patient/attendees/guests
- Help waiters to set for service when business is heavy.
- Monitor service load throughout shift and pace orders and delivery accordingly.
- Help waiter provide service during busy times.
- Ensures proper cleanliness of RSOT cabin and work areas
- Ensures to keep noise at low level inside RSOT cabin
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Ring up bills accurately.
- Process room charges immediately.
- Maintain all registers accurately

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
