  • Greeting and Welcoming: Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, patients, or guests upon arrival.
  • Handling Inquiries and Requests: Promptly addressing general inquiries, special requests, and providing accurate information about services, facilities, or policies.
  • Complaint and Conflict Resolution: Actively listening to feedback, comments, and complaints, and working to resolve issues effectively and courteously, often escalating to management when necessary.
  • Coordination and Communication: Serving as a liaison between guests/patients and various departments (e.g., medical staff, housekeeping, F&B, billing) to ensure seamless service delivery and patient flow.
  • Record Management: Maintaining accurate logs and records of guest/patient interactions, preferences, complaints, and resolutions, often using specific management software (e.g., CRM, EMR).
  • Administrative Support: Assisting with check-in/check-out procedures, registration, scheduling appointments, and handling basic billing or payment inquiries.
  • Ensuring Comfort and Environment: Helping to maintain a welcoming, tidy, and comfortable environment in the lobby, waiting areas, or rooms.
