Position - Graduate Trainee Engineer
- Qualification - Post-graduate in Commerce or MBA in Finance
- Resource will be supporting Shared Services Accounting process and Navisite India process as below:

- Navisite US
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Cash Management
- Application of Cash against Open Invoices for Navisite and its subsidiaries.
- Understanding of Inter Company transactions, Bad-debts.
- Processing of Journals (Recording Inter-company clearance, Penny Write off, recording of Bank charges etc)
- Understanding of Credit Card and its clearance against AR
- Daily review of Bank statement and highlight any usual transactions to Cash Application/Accounting team for timely action.
- Month Close - Fetch specific GL reports for AR team analysis
- Navisite India
- Review and approval of Employee Expense Reimbursement
- Processing of Employee Sodexo Anniversary rewards
- Processing of monthly Employee Meal card amount and issuance of new cards for new hires
- Strong Accounting Knowledge, Understanding of ERP, Good in Excel and PowerPoint
- Good Communication skills, Team Player
- Open to work in General (10:30 am - 7:30 pm)/Afternoon shift(2:30 pm - 11:30 pm) as the process requires.
