We are looking for a motivated and energetic 
Fresher / Junior Business Development Executive (BDE)
 to join our sales team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about building a career in business development and sales. The candidate will be responsible for 
generating leads, conducting outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and nurturing relationships
 to support the overall sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify potential leads through online research, databases, social media, and other sources.
  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.

Outbound Calling:

  • Reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Introduce the company's products/services and create interest among prospects.

Lead Qualification:

  • Understand prospect requirements and qualify leads based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline).
  • Schedule meetings/demos for senior sales executives with qualified leads.

Lead Nurturing:

  • Follow up with prospects regularly to build trust and maintain engagement.
  • Share product information, case studies, and relevant content to move leads through the sales funnel.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation campaigns.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead activity, call logs, and conversion rates.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline, preference for Marketing, Sales, or related fields).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and local language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and persuasive approach.
  • Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
