About the Role

At PSR Compliance, we empower businesses with end-to-end support in regulatory approvals and compliance solutions. We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive who is ambitious, client-focused, and driven to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify & develop new business opportunities in compliance and licensing services.
- Handle client requirements across EPR, LMPC, Drug License, Legal Metrology, FSSAI, BIS, Company Registration, and other regulatory services.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat & referral business.
- Lead client interactions and guide junior team members.
- Consistently achieve business growth & revenue targets.
Eligibility
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven Business Development experience (preferably in compliance/consulting industry).
- Good understanding of regulatory approvals & licensing processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Strong leadership, negotiation & closing skills.
