Roles of a Business Development Executive (BDE):
- Act as a link between the company and potential clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to deliver solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Research potential markets and clients.
Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, and networking.
Client Interaction & Relationship Management
Conduct meetings or presentations with prospects.
Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients.
Sales & Negotiation
Pitch products/services to prospects.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Market Research & Strategy
Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
Identify opportunities for new products/services or partnerships.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain records of leads, prospects, and activities.
- Prepare sales reports and share updates with management.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Brand Representation
Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, or networking events.
- Actively promote the company's brand and offerings.

Education & Background
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce (MBA/PGDM is an added advantage).
- 13 years of proven experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or account management (high-performing freshers with excellent skills will also be considered).
Core Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Proficient in prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
- Comfortable with cold calling, client presentations, and networking.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
