  • Responsible for Sales Turnover, Customer Experience till conversion.
  • Responsible for building loyal network of influencers for business generation.
  • Scouting for Opportunities to reach out to End Consumers through various Sources and increase business in the most cost-effective way.
  • Own up the Customer Journey and Experience from Lead to conversion.
  • Multitasking abilities to manage relationship with diverse influencers and stake holders (Interior designers, Kitchen studios, Bath stores, Trades, Aluminium & Glass fabricators).
  • Exhibiting achievement orientation (targets) and execution excellence (sales tools, systems, process adoption)
  • Understand Competition Offerings and constantly raise the bar of customer experience.
  • Be the First point of contact for escalations and be supportive in ensuring delighted customers.
  • Responsible for Sales through channels (Dealers/wholesalers and retailers) in assigned territory.
  • Responsible for Sales Turnover, Customer experience, stakeholder relationship in the territory.
  • Responsible for Delivery of KPI thereby generating loyal network of influencers and creating awareness about the products to the market thereby increasing the brand value.
  • Identify streams of revenue generation.
  • To expand the dealer, distributor, and retail network in the assigned territory.
  • Interacting and developing rapport with the customer at all levels for customer retention and achievement of service revenues.
