Customer Support Representative

We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated International Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional support to our global customer base via both chat and voice channels.
Key Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Graduation (Bachelor's degree) is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of mandatory experience in an international BPO or customer service environment (supporting customers outside of your home country).
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
- Process Expertise: Proven experience handling chat and/or voice processes in a high-volume setting.
Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts (primarily via chat and phone) from international clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex customer problems related to our products/services, escalating issues appropriately when necessary and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously update product and service knowledge to provide up-to-date and relevant assistance.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
