We are a growing service provider catering to Canadian clients, committed to delivering excellent customer experiences. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain clear and polite communication with Canadian clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Record customer interactions and update CRM systems as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
  • Ability to handle customer interactions with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and other support tools.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts if required (to match Canadian time zones).
