About Us
We are a growing service provider catering to Canadian clients, committed to delivering excellent customer experiences. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain clear and polite communication with Canadian clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM systems as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Ability to handle customer interactions with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and other support tools.
- Flexibility to work in shifts if required (to match Canadian time zones).
