Job Summary

We're hiring Customer Support Executives to join our international blended process team. If you're looking to start or grow your career in customer support and have excellent communication skills, this is the perfect opportunity—freshers welcome

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle international customer interactions through chat and voice
  • Assist with queries related to products, orders, returns, or general service
  • Maintain a high standard of professional communication and customer satisfaction
  • Accurately document and follow up on customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are eligible
  • Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
  • Must be open to night shifts and rotational week offs

Compensation & Perks

  • Salary: Up to ₹33,000 CTC/month
