The Role: Teammate (Customer Care Representative):-

We are hiring highly motivated and customer-centric individuals to join our team as a Teammate (Customer Care Representative) at our
Mohali, Punjab
facility. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across various channels.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Customer Interaction:
    Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, questions, and complaints via phone, email, chat, or social media with professionalism and empathy.
  • Issue Resolution:
    Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring first-call resolution where possible.
  • Information Management:
    Accurately document all customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Adherence to Standards:
    Maintain a high level of performance, quality, and adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs) and company policies.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Proactively identify and escalate recurring customer issues or process gaps to management for continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements :-

  • Experience:
    Minimum
    1+ years of total work experience
    in a customer service or BPO environment.
  • International BPO Experience (Mandatory):
    Prior experience working with an
    International Voice Process
    or supporting global customers is essential.
  • Education:
    A graduate degree from a recognized university.
  • Communication Skills:
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a neutral accent and the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Technical Aptitude:
    Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Availability:
    Willingness to work in
    rotational shifts
    , including nights and weekends, based on business requirements.
