About the Role
The Senior BDM will lead and expand Britts Imperial's student recruitment network across India and global markets. The role involves managing regional teams, building institutional partnerships, and driving admissions targets for various international programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve student enrollment targets.
- Identify, onboard, and manage education consultants, channel partners, and institutional alliances.
- Mentor and supervise Relationship Managers and ensure their regional performance.
- Represent Britts Imperial at education fairs, seminars, and networking events.
- Analyze market trends and recommend growth plans for new territories.
- Ensure compliance with institutional admission policies and procedures.
- Report key performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements
- Graduate / MBA (preferred) in Marketing, Business, or Education Management.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in higher education sales, university admissions, or study abroad industry.
- Proven leadership and partner management experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of student recruitment processes and regional education dynamics.
