Role Overview We are hiring a female Associate Key Account Manager to manage silver-tier clients andsupport our senior Key Account Manager. This role focuses on relationship-building, ownership, and communication skills, with technical knowledge provided through training. Key Responsibilities  Manage daily communication with assigned clients.  Build strong client relationships with timely follow-ups.  Support senior KAM with reports, documentation, and updates.  Escalate client concerns when required.  Ensure client satisfaction and retention.  Prepare and maintain basic MIS reports. Requirements  Female candidate, 24–35 years old.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  1–4 years' experience in client servicing, inside sales, or customer support.  Strong follow-up and organizational skills.  Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.  Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and career stability.
