Key Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to oversee and manage key accounts within our purchasing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with key clients, understanding their procurement needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of our services. The KAM will act as the primary point of contact between our company and our key clients, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the procurement sector.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all purchasing-related queries and issues for key accounts.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our products and services according to client needs and objectives.
- Client Relationship Building:
- Regularly communicate with key accounts to understand their purchasing needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Organize and conduct regular meetings, both in-person and virtual, to maintain a strong client relationship.
- Address client concerns and handle any issues to ensure a positive client experience.
- Procurement Strategy:
- Work closely with the procurement team to ensure that client demands are met effectively.
- Provide feedback on market trends and client requirements to support procurement decisions.
- Ensure that the procurement process is aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales results, forecasts, and client feedback.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
