Location: Bangalore

Position: Corporate Sales Manager – B2B (SaaS)

Reports to: Head of Sales / Regional Sales Director

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced B2B Corporate Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our SaaS products in the Bangalore region. The role requires strong domain knowledge in SaaS sales, proven ability to build lasting client relationships, and a consultative selling approach in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets for the SaaS portfolio.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities with large and mid-market corporate clients through proactive prospecting, networking and market research.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos and presentations to CXOs, IT decision makers and procurement teams.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM and track progress of each opportunity.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, create proposals, and close deals in line with company policies and margin expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal pre-sales, product and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and corporate forums to increase brand presence in the region.
  • Conduct regular account reviews with existing customers to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to provide inputs for product improvement and sales strategy.
  • Prepare weekly/ monthly sales reports and forecast updates for management review.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in B2B enterprise / corporate sales, ideally within the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network of corporate / enterprise customers in the Bangalore region.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to engage at CXO/ senior stakeholder levels and adopt a consultative sales approach.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the complete sales cycle.
